My favorite recipe website online is  Everything I’ve made from the site ends up being a huge crowd pleaser!

For dinner I decided to make the braised beef short ribs in red wine sauce.

I “ketofied” it by swapping out the carrots for some red peppers and I served it over some mashed cauliflower.

I made some slight changes – I used back ribs as that’s what I had on hand and dried thyme instead of fresh.  I opted for the crockpot version of the recipe.

The end result was delicious, fall off the bone ribs.  I think out of personal preference I would add some more seasoning next time, but this is a super easy dinner idea that is melt in your mouth good.
