I started off this year with a whole lotta fitness goals I wanted to reach. Key Nutrients has come out with electrolytes that have zero sugar, carbs and calories. Great for all my keto peeps as it’s sweetened with stevia. I have tried the lemonade flavor and it was really tasty! I really enjoyed it. I’ve been drinking it after my workouts and it’s definitely a part of my fitness routines now.
