YVR Cookie has come out with a new limited addition flavour and oh my, it is a goodie! Sugar cookie dough with freeze dried strawberries, yogurt chips and white chocolate. They stuff each cookie with a strawberry pop tart and strawberry jam. It’s then topped with a vanilla glaze and rainbow sugar crystals. It’s even better than you can imagine!
Pop tarts fill me with nostalgia. They were one of my favorite snacks back in the 90s. How did YVR Cookie even think to stuff one of their cookies with them? I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again – they are cookie geniuses! You gotta try it!
