There is nothing better than getting a delivery from YVR Cookie. I honestly feel like a kid on Christmas morning when that delivery arrives. They are just so so good! They have the most original and creative menu and I was so excited for their fall drop.
- Pumpkin Spice Cream Pie – soft pumpkin dough infused with cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and ginger. Loaded with yogurt chips and creamy chocolate chunks. It is stuffed with a cinnamon cream filling. All you pumpkin spice lovers will be in heaven!
- Pecan Butter Tart – a past favorite of mine. This one is cookie dough loaded with butterscotch chips and pecans. The kicker is that each cookie is stuffed with an actual pecan butter tart. It’s topped with caramelized pecans. So delish!
- Apple Crumble – cinnamon cookie dough loaded with dried apple, cinnamon, nutmeg, yogurt chips and white chocolate. This is stuffed with an apple pie filling and topped with my favorite part – an oatmeal crumble.
