YVR Cookie has launched their holiday cookies for this year and ooh wee are they ever delish! They are:
- Red Velvet Cheesecake – red velvet cookie dough loaded with white chocolate and milk chocolate chunks stuffed with house made cheesecake filling.
- Peppermint Hot Chocolate – brownie style cookie dough flavored with peppermint extract. Loaded with milk chocolate chunk and stuffed with house made marshmallow filling and topped with candy cane white chocolate drizzle.
- Caramel Pecan Praline – cookie dough loaded with butterscotch chips and pecans. Stuffed with caramel and topped with praline.
YVR Cookies are such a treat and I love when they get festive with their flavours. My favorite was the caramel pecan praline. After you heat it up that caramel is so gooey and delectable.
My husband is not normally a fan of red velvet anything, but he loved the red velvet cheesecake cookie. I only got a little sliver because he ate it all.
The peppermint hot chocolate cookie was the most eye catching one with the drizzle. If you’re a peppermint fan, you’ll love it. It reminded me of a peppermint patty.
